The index.html file has been updated to replace hardcoded content with dynamic placeholders. This allows for easier integration with future backend logic that will populate the placeholders with actual data. This change sets the foundation for a more scalable and maintainable application.

The README.md file has been deleted due to it being unnecessary for the project. In its place, an index.html file has been added to lay a foundation for the UI of the application. This new file includes the basic structure of a webpage and reference to Bootstrap's CSS and JS for faster development.
