removed the eventWatchers for now since we only use them for logging, consider adding them later on for better user feedback and better UI state rehydration

Added a fingerprint verification to make sure that the data off-chain match the fingerprint saved on-chain, this will indicate to the user if the data was tempered with or not! This extra information will allow the user to take calculated risks and avoid us the responsability of such risks

Update the UI code to proprely show the cancelListing button, Changed the rendering condition to isSeller && isListed instead of isOwner && isListed, since if the NFT isListed it will be sent on escrow to the Contract Address, which means that the currently connected User won't be the owner even if he is the Seller (formely the owner)
