Create the first base of the project (mvp)

I want to take the lead and create the first mvp ( minimal valuable product ). The idea is to prove the concept of entering a google sheet url, enter student info and flush them to the google sheet remote file.

This will give us a good understanding of what are the technical constraints that we will face ahead.
